Trekking Arizona – Yuma, AZ, – Telegraph pass

@alltrails you will find the famous Yuma, Arizona trail, Telegraph pass. Small accomplishments are worth noting, as I made it to the top of Telegraph pass for the first time on 2.9.2020!

“Telegraph Pass Trail is a 2.2 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Phoenix, Arizona that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.”

“A telegraph line ran from San Diego to Maricopa Wells. In 1873 General George Cook insisted the US Army extend the line north through the center of what used to be called the Salt River Mountains to Prescott.” hikearizona.com

Great endurance workout for runners and avid hikers, feels great making it to the top!
