Meeting your Body for the First Time

In the subtle silence, a connection is felt. Behind closed eyelids, a faint slither of wavelength energy is before your eyes. The witnessing of this grey-light energy causes the sensation of butterflies in your stomach. The energy enters your mind, connecting to the pineal gland, connecting mind and body. This recognition of mind and body as one was not aware of before, with the many thoughts and worries over the years, and the superficial actions of the external world as progress is processed.
